Friday yaye

Finally friday, the last day of this endless week (but the working part isn't over yet). After work today I'll journey to Tullinge and work at the country festival that is there. I wonder how much I'll have to do since it's gonna rain on Saturday, then it won't come so much people. Not looking forward to that actually, but I have monday off so I can really sleep in :-D so this weekend I can't sit at home and play on my xbox nor the computer but I'll probably set it up during next week. Oh and my big brothers wife has started to make trips from home to downtown Stockholm with the kids. She came by my office and we went out and took a coffee at one of the nearby coffee shop's.

She is really starting to grasp how to get around in Stockholm without the use of a car, since that is almost impossible to do in downtown Stockholm. Even if you do the cost of parking downtown is a robbery. So strange suddenly I don't know what I wan't to write in my blog :( I usually have lots of stuff to write down and share but now it stands perfectly still. Well one thing that I can write about is that I'm not really getting anywhere with coding our game so it fits after the clients requests/demands. Well I'm in some kind of roadfork where 2 or more paths of doing a thing in the game leads to the same result but I need some help on figuring out how the CTO want's it, and he is not in until next week. So I'm pretty much bored as hell, but I can still plan (in more detail) how I am going to present one of my solutions to the CTO next week.

I'll be out of reach from a computer so I'll probably blog when the weekend is over, most likely on monday since I'm off from work. Tha... tha... That's all folks!

Damn the week is almost over :) Today I'm having lunch with my old roomate and another classmate from collage. Also I'm a member at this online-student-community called Student.se and I just logged in this morning, droped a line at the grafitti billboard. Just below my post I saw a picture of someone that I recognize, and I wasn't mistaken :) it was an old classmate from middleschool. She is now one of the admins at that community (neat). The world is a small place and it's so random where you meet old friends and stuff like that :)

Yesterday was a waste of day since I didn't do very much at work, nothing to do really, so I wasn't lacking discipline, just that I didn't have any new tasks to perform really. But I managed to dig in on a task that probably will land on my table sooner or later, so a little headstart wouldn't be so bad.

Well tomorrow is friday and then after work I'm gonna go and work some more at this country festival held in Tullinge as I wrote about before. Hopefully it's gonna be a calm evening, hopefully not to much whipsters that are trying to jump over the fence or under it just to get in for free. Actually the music isn't the music they usually listen to they just try to get in to get ahold of alcohol like beer but we don't allow people to buy unless they have a wristband in a certain color ;)

Monday

Well today is the first day of the week, namely monday the last day I want to work on. But I fight it through to the end anyway, bacause then tuesday comes :) So what have I done today? Woke up (sadly enough) and got ready to go to work. On my way to work I stopped at coffee cup to pick up a coffee and a bagle for breakfast. Came to work at 8.30 a.m and sat there all alone at my desk, eating my breakfast and reading todays paper. Nothing really interesting in it. When it was time for lunch I called 2 friends that works at GRIN (maybe if I don't like it at the job I'm at now I might be able to get into GRIN), we went to Texas Burger Restaurant. It was very fun to go out and have lunch with some friends from collage, we talked about work, upcoming party they are going to have next weekend.

This weekend I'm going to work at Lida Coutnry Festival in Tullinge. I asked my CTO if I could have monday next week off, since I'll be working the whole weekend and I'm probably not going to get so much rest. It is so much to do on the festival. The festival is from friday to saturday, I've asked if my brothers wife and kids want to come on saturday and enjoy some country music (I don't by the way enjoy that kind of music). We'll see how it turns out when the weekend comes sneaking around the corner ;-)

Oh and I "hate" that the salary comes one whole month after the first month of work, so actually I work 2 months before I get paid for the first one. Kinda sucks but anyway I do get a nice salary for my first job. Why I'm aggravated is because I want to start going to the gym so I can work some fat off my fat body. I don't want to borrow more money since I'm already in debt to both my father and my baby brother, my whole first salary will go to paying off my debt to them. Almost everything since I didn't start from the begining of this month I don't get a full months pay. So to have some cash over until next payday I'll probably just pay off some of my debt.

Time flies and now it's time for bed :) Nite!

Ex

Strangest thing happend to me today, when I was waiting for tha train into town I saw my ex standing there on the platform also waiting for the same train. She didn't notice me until the train pulls into the platform. She waved at me and I waved back, then I walked up to her and said "Hi long time no see!" she responded the same. On the way in to town we talked about what we've been doing since our paths split some years earlier. She has been studying and was on her way to Örebro to take a test in programming (which she doesn't have that much skill in she said). Well when the train stoped at the central station we went off and exchanged numbers since I got invited to a party she is going to have this weekend with her boyfriend, she added that no one is coming so it might not be a party after all but I should RSVP when I know if I can come or not.

The first thing I did when I got to work was to hmm take a coffee actually ;) Then I called my friend at 10 am to see if he had any plans for this weekend. But he hadn't so I suggested that we do something since I kinda don't feel like going to my ex-s party where there only will be her and her boyfrind, it doesn't feel right. Sure if there was alot of other ppl there I might would go but not when it's just gonna be the 3 of us. Well today has been a loong ass day, it's only 2.30 pm and I wanna go home, pretty much almost everyone is going home early today since it's midsummer tomorrow and we celebate it "like crazy" over here. I think it's just an apologize to drink, but thats me. I also wish that my big brother would be here then we could celebrate it together with the whole family :)

Well maybe if I finish of some stuff here at the office I can go earlier, it would be nice but my TODO list is pretty darn big. Maybe if I cut it in half or even smaller pieces then it would feel like I've accomplish something today :D

So much to do now, but I figured that I could take some time off and write a line or two here since I haven't done it in a while now. Whats happend since last time is that I started to work as a consultant (yaye!) and the company is kick-ass, we got a coffe machine, espresso machine, our own beer tap (yeah I know a beer tap), and we do play poker during lunch. Every friday there is a little poker tournament here at the office after work, we have some beers and play texas hold'em.

Today sometime before lunch I went past our only meeting room and guess who I saw in there? ... Well you could probably say anyone, but it wasn't just anyone, Börje Salming sat there and had a meeting with our CEO about some pomotion or commercial they are gonna to somewhere, can't say where ;)

The best part of this job is that it is located downtown Stockholm, from here I can get to like anywhere. Sure some of you that read this would probably think that the beer tap is the best thing about this job but after a while you get used to have it in the resting area.

Well gotta get back to work, I'll post some pictures later or maybe now hmm can't decide. Okey I'll post them now :P

Short

Ok so this is supposed to be a short one. Well not much to say really, more than that I'm at my friends apartment watching their cats for a week, meanwhile I live here (yaye). Installed my own computer here aswell but mine can't be on during the night since my friends comp. is on and this room that they are in is so small that it easily gets over heated. Well gotta catch the bed now for some shuteye, gonna wake up in a few hours to go to the airport and say good bye to my big brother that is flying home this morning *snuffles* :'(
